There was plenty of fun and laughter at Wallsend Manor Aged Care when staff dressed up in traditional German Heidi and Lederhosen style outfits to celebrate Oktoberfest!

There were some attempts to dance the Polka and yodelling. With German beer, food and music, everyone agreed it was a very authentic German celebration. The halls were filled with the ambience of German music playing over the speakers and there was plenty of decorations hanging from the walls.

Everyone had a fantastic afternoon and can’t wait to celebrate the next Oktoberfest, German style
